For returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you have the right to return them and receive a refund within 14 days of receipt You may return goods and receive a refund provided:

1.They are purchased on our website and are returned within 14 days of your receipt.
2.They are sent back accompanied with the original package.

Please follow the steps below

1.Notify us by email firstly stating the order number and reason for return authorization.
2.All packages should be sent via a traceable method. tiffanyau is not responsible for packages lost in transit to us.
3.The original shipping charges are non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.

We'll process your return ASAP. Once your return is received and processed, your purchase will be credited to your initial form of payment in 10 working days.

For Exchanges:

Exchanges are only allowed when:

1.The items are defective or damaged upon receipt;
2.They are not as per your order or not proper size;
3.They are returned within 14 days of your receiving them.

Please note that:

All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price.
tiffanyau is not responsible for any shipping charges during the whole exchange process.
Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
